I don't take any vitamins, don't eat red meat, don't drink alcohol, but do smoke, eat too much chocolate, pasta, sweetened yogurt & other rubbish food. Ironically, I've had flu once & a cold once - both in the last 6yrs. Am I lucky?? Re your previous post tainted, I had malignant growths removed from my tummy fat nearly 20yrs ago & a further dozen lumps after the initial surgery. There's NEVER a day goes by when I don't wonder if there are more lurking elsewhere in my body, just waiting to spring to the surface again. Like yours, its a fear that will never go away.

SSSSHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Be quieter, please. I'm afraid you'll jinx me and I'll get all yucky again...

Jin...

I don't know what to say about your habits & your lack-of-illnesses really. Other than a lot of the time nutritionists simply have it all wrong, it seems.

All I know is, I'M NEVER sick like this. It's strange.

And that fear is worse than actually getting sick, for me anyway. I'm sorry you can relate, just the same. It's not a nice thing to know, let alone experience.

LOL! Harsha,

I almost don't want to delete all them, 'oops' notes, cause I think it looks cute! Almost like you're, really, really, really, repetitively sorry for forgetting to put your name!

LOL! I'm sure those tablets are VERY, very desirable to some, huh?

And Harsha, I doubt it much. If it were the cats... I'd have been sick my whole life. I've always had them. My mom loves her felines, more than she loves people, it seems.
